Discover your backyard

Hudson is set in Warkworth, in the heart of the Kōwhai Coast.

An area renown for its natural beauty, with access to golden sand beaches, native forest ranges and regional parks, rivers and waterways. The region is also home to the very best of artisanal food, wine, and culture.

Warkworth is Auckland’s fastest growing township, with the most expansion land of any Auckland district and a population predicted to more than quadruple by 2038. The new motorway extension connects the town to Auckland in just over 30 minutes in off-peak traffic, unlocking access and value, setting Warkworth up to experience dynamic growth. The town centre is gentrifying and improving quickly, coming alive with activity, while providing critical services like supermarkets, petrol stations, medical services, and pharmacies.

Te Arai Links is comprised of not one, but two of New Zealand’s finest golf courses. Just 30 minutes up the road from Hudson, and considered “pure-links” golfing, they are artfully nestled among the undulating Eastern coastal landscape.
